SUGGESTED PACKING LIST: (Modest dress standards for ALL clothing)
*You will receive your string backpack, t-shirt and lanyard name tag on May 24 when we meet the buses

-PHOTO I.D. - Driver's License, or State ID or Passport - must have to check-in with airline

-Limited Use Temple Recommend (not required but we encourage all to have)

-$500 (average) spending money.  Note: $40 Luggage Fee for suitcase, Cedar Point *($120 for Fast Pass Plus) + 1 meal a day, souvenirs, etc.  Debit & credit cards are accepted everywhere we go - many places have gone cashless. ​Note: You'll need approx $120 to upgrade to Fast Pass Plus once inside Cedar Point - can be paid with debit or credit card only (in case of change in schedule DO NOT buy Fast Pass on-line before trip)

-One Suitcase CANNOT exceed 50 pounds - It can be a large rolling or spinner suitcase but it needs to stay under 50 pounds - you will need to pay $40 luggage fee at the airport (no cash)

-You are allowed ONE carry-on bag (backpack or purse or fanny pack that fits under seat in front of you) - can also bring a small pillow/blanket - YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED A SMALL SUIT CASE AS A CARRY-ON (no small suitcase spinners, etc. as a carry-on - we are not allowed to have them or put them in overhead bins)

-10 to 14 Changes of daily clothing - Modest Dress Required - NO SHORT SHORTS or BELLY SHOWING SHIRTS - you will be asked to change if you wear them.  Note: We will not have the opportunity to do laundry at any point of the trip - there is not enough time or washing machines/dryers at hotels to do laundry for a group our size - we recommend that you bring enough clothes and wear some things twice (you could bring a travel size Fabreeze spray to freshen your clothing)

-1 to 2 Changes of Sunday Clothing (Baptisms 1 to 2 times and Sunday)

-1 Sweatshirt, Light Jacket or Hoodie

-1 Swimsuit

-1 Pair of sandals (good for walking)

-1 Pair of walking or tennis shoes

-Sun Screen / Bug Spray (need especially at The Sacred Grove)

-Toiletries / Headache & COLD MEDICINE (just in case you need it - otherwise you'll have to purchase)

-DEODORANT - It can get hot and we can be in close quarters - you must bring & wear Deodorant (Parents please talk to your student about showering/washing body & hair regularly)

-Hand Sanitizer - Gel or Spray

-Umbrella (small fold-up) or Rain Poncho

-Scriptures and small hymn book (digital is fine)

​-Notebook or Journal & Pen - will be writing thoughts daily during devotionals

-Camera (or phone camera)

-Small pillow and/or blanket for travel (optional - the bus has air conditioning, it gets cool!)

​-Water Bottle - to fill w/ ice & water every morning & have with you throughout the day

*There is no opportunity to do laundry at hotels or anywhere else – pack enough & wear things twice! You will find a packing list above

*Please know we did our best to place you with roommates requested – sometimes it was just not possible to make it work but please be reassured that we spend very little time at the hotels, and you will get to know many new friends on the trip. The rooming list is final, we will not be able to make changes because of flight & bus arrangements and rooming lists have been sent to the hotels

*There will be a new bus seating chart every day and you will rotate daily to ensure you get to know lots of new people! Sorry, no trading seats

*We will be departing at 11am from Richfield High School on 5/24/25 - we will text out details and meeting places as the date gets closer (some are meeting us at airports, etc.)

*At the end of the trip, parents have the option of picking up their student at This is the Place Monument, 2601 Sunnyside Ave, Salt Lake City on Sunday, June 8th around 1:30-2pm, we will then travel and drop off students in Utah County around 3pm at Holiday Oil Gas Station at 579 S Pleasant Grove Blvd, Pleasant Grove and then travel to Richfield where we will drop off remaining students at Richfield High School around 6pm. Keep in touch with your student for exact times.
