LIBERTY TOURS - TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Loss and Damage: Liberty Tours LLC or any associates of Liberty Tours LLC act as agents for hotels, airlines, ship companies, accommodation providers, transportation providers or other services. Liberty Tours LLC or its associates shall not be responsible and held harmless in all cases from any loss, injury, damages to person or personal property. Liberty Tours is in no way liable for any contracts or agreements between the tour members and any vendors or contractors providing a service and unforeseen expenses incurred by any tour participant. Tour Participants will be responsible for neglect and damage caused by tour participant (hotel rooms, buses, sites, restaurants, etc.)
Insurance: We require each participant to have a health insurance policy while traveling with Liberty Tours LLC. Touring can be physically/mentally taxing. Liberty Tours cannot be responsible for any injury or illness during or after the tour. We encourage each tour member to have a physical exam before tour departure. Liberty Tours LLC will need to be made aware of (in writing) of any physical or mental impairment or medical condition that could hinder tour participants from full participation during the tour. Liberty Tours LLC does not provide health or medical insurances of any kind. Tour participants will be required to cover all costs associated with first aid or emergency medical treatments. Tour participants grant Liberty Tours LLC permission to secure medical attention if deemed necessary. The cost of medical treatments shall be the sole responsibility of the tour participant. In case of death, Liberty Tours LLC, shall not be held liable for any costs or damages arising from the negligence of others. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
Transportation: All tickets or passes from any vendors and terms or conditions governing the issuance of those tickets shall be between the tour participant and the vendor. Liberty Tours LLC shall not be held responsible for any conditions causing damage or loss to the tour participant by the issuing vendors.
Itinerary Modifications: Liberty Tours will reserve the right to modify tours (hotels, attractions, itineraries) based on unforeseen circumstances, tour improvements or participant safety. This is at the sole discretion of the Tour Directors. Every effort is made to provide the participants with the best possible experience.
ROOMMATES/MISC: All prices are based on a four person per room occupancy (Adult tour on double occupancy). Liberty Tours will try to maintain all fees, tariffs, airfares but pricing is based on current market conditions and a minimum number of tour participants. Some costs may be added to tour with the fluctuating economy. Single people may sign up for accommodations on a share basis and will be assigned roommates as circumstances permit. If a roommate is unavailable, the participant will be notified of the adjusted price prior to departure.
CANCELLATION FEES: A $300 fee will be charged by Liberty Tours for all cancellations prior to departure. In addition, all cancellation charges imposed by airlines, hotels, vendors, operators, etc., may be passed on to the participant.
TOUR INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING (Youth Tour): §One-way airfare from Salt Lake City to the destination airport §First-class, top quality tour with experienced tour directors §Private, deluxe air-conditioned motor coach §Hotel Accommodations §Two meals daily (breakfast and lunch or dinner) §All admission fees to sites specified in the itinerary (group tours only) – with the exception of Cedar Point Amusement Park Fast Pass Plus Upgrade (approx $100) §Tour T-Shirt, lanyard, string back pack & digital tour book §Airport and other departure taxes
REGISTRATION, DEPOSIT, PAYMENT, AND CANCELLATION: Early reservations are strongly recommended, and a deposit of $500 per person is required at time of registration ($500 deposit before January, $600 February, $1,000 March), with monthly payments of at least $500 per month, with all payments due by April 15, 2023 prior to departure. Applications received after this date should include full payment. Checks should be made payable to Liberty Tours. All cancellation penalties are the responsibility of the participant. Registrations may be subject to a $150 increase after March 1, 2023; a $200 increase after April 1, 2023; and $300 increase after April 15, 2023 (increases are based on market conditions and are subject to change). ITEMS NOT INCLUDED IN TOUR PRICE: Upgrade fee at Cedar Point Amusement Park approx. (approx. $100 for Fast Pass Plus), Baggage fee approx. Also items of a personal nature, such as souvenirs; excess baggage or portage charges; personal, trip, or baggage insurance; room service; laundry; phone charges; food or beverages not part of the group menu; tips; gratuities for special services; expenses incurred on personal activities not included where group participation is not specified in the itinerary, etc. Suggested amount of personal spending money to take is approx. $500.
Personal Agreement: I also agree to abide by “For the Strength of Youth” standards while on the trip and to carry proper identification for boarding the plane (driver’s license). I also agree to abide by all instructions from Tour Directors. I agree that If my behavior becomes a nuisance or unmanageable, the Tour Directors reserve the right to contact parents and arrange for transportation home the expense of the participant.
